Tiffany is a Certified Life Coach, known to many as Coach Tiffany J, who specializes in Self-love, Self-Awareness and Women Empowerment. She serves women who lack self-love and self-awareness, and who need assistance on their journey to loving themselves first and becoming more self-aware of who they are. Tiffany completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Nova Southeastern University, completed a 16-week Life Coaching program through Embrace You Training Solutions. Tiffany also has over 8 years in case management services. Tiffany combined her expertise and her love for helping women navigate their lives and started her company Fearless Journey Coaching Services. Tiffany has been promoted to the title Self-Love Specialist for helping women put themselves first and their engagement in her 21 Day Journey to Self-Love program. Tiffany has had the pleasure of working with a variety of people from all walks of life but her love for empowering others with a focus of wanting to inspire women, led her to open her business, Be Fearlessly Inspired Jewelry & Accessories, dedicated to empowering and encouraging women and to remind them daily of who they through her brand of affirmation products. Tiffany’s desire is to be the Change Agent the world needs, the ANSWER, to help others live life freely within themselves and on the outside. Heather is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Webster University. She is licensed in both Florida and Texas. Heather has a foundation with children and families as a former employee of a child welfare agency as well as an adult forensic setting. Her passion resides with those who have experienced trauma. She opened her private practice, Heath Counseling and Consultation Services, LLC in 2020 and has been serving individuals and couples tirelessly throughout the pandemic. Heather is also a podcast co-host and co business owner of Mental Health Uncorked. Most recently Heather became an author by releasing her first of many books targeted towards children to encourage learning through following their curiosity.
Andrea is an Educator in the Early Childhood Education field and has been for over 25 years. She also received her national Child Development Associate certification as well as Leadership & Management Certification. She has earned her National Early Childhood Credential and Director Credential. She has worked in daycare, head start and elementary school settings throughout her career. In addition, she has worked with special needs children and tutored children for FCAT testing. Andrea is the creator of the Reading Celebration she started at a local elementary school as an annual event for local business owners to come and read to the students at the school as well as receive sponsors and donations for her event. She also enjoys arts and crafts as well as interior designing. Andrea has been recognized for Outstanding Public Service through the Duval Public School System.
LaTonya is the Owner and Operator of Heart to Heart Services LLC, for 5 years, a home health care agency. She has been a Certified Nurse Assistant for 9 years as well as a home health aide caregiver. LaTonya and her staff provide quality companionship services to clients who need assistance due to their elderly age, health sickness, disabilities and/or other necessary services that may be needed. Heart to Heart Services can provide services at client’s residence, in a nurse home or hospital setting as well.
Zendra is a registered nurse who loves health education in the community. Zen has a desire to serve as many people as possible that she can reach. She has a clear understanding of health issues and access to health educational resources. Zendra has organized and conducted focus groups for parents addressing health issues in the community, developed written health, environmental safety, sanitation, food service and emergency policies and procedures ensuring compliance with local and state regulations and has managed Health Advisor Board meetings in five counties.
Kristian is a passionate therapist who received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida and her Master’s from Webster University. Kristian focuses on enhancing the quality of life of individuals and families by compassionately working on their mental health, addiction, special education, and community support needs. She engages others by building a rapport while assisting her family in achieving set goals. She works with individuals between the age bracket of 5-100, families, adolescents with drug addiction, and parents who need guidance. Some specialty skills include problem-solving—communication, coping, and relaxation exercises for anxiety. I relish the prospect of working with others, both as part of a team working towards a common goal, and also working face-to-face with individuals and families from all walks of life to provide them with assistance.
Arielle Griffin is originally from Jacksonville, FL. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of West Florida. She then continued to graduate school where she earned her Master of Social Work degree from Florida State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Arielle completed her final graduate internship in the Neuroscience department at Mayo Clinic in Florida. Arielle has experience working as a Case Manager in Labor and Delivery/NICU in the acute inpatient hospital setting. Additionally, she has worked as a private practice clinician conducting individual sessions, primarily using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy treatment modalities. Currently, she is a children's therapist for school aged children, specializing in depression, anxiety, ADHD, and general mental health issues.
